The Central North Carolina Pagan Pride Days festival is put on every year by a fantastic group of volunteers. People from all over the state will join together to help out their community and make our PPD, right here in Raleigh, one of the largest in the country. On September 17th & 18th, we expect over 2000 pagans to show up to the fairgrounds for two days of fun, shopping, and learning. We need individuals to help with all manner of duties such as setting up the event (putting up tents, hanging signs, unloading trucks), running errands, helping out with mini events (raffle, auction, info booth), assisting with children’s activities, and especially, helping to dismantle the whole thing on Sunday evening. Groups are especially welcome. Once again we have The Wilson Pagan’s taking on the herculean task of manning the front gate, and The Sojourner crew is hosting the overnight guests on Saturday night, and we cannot thank them enough. Perhaps you know a group that would like to commit some time to help out? So please, go to our Volunteer sign up page and donate a few hours of your time to assist us in putting on this amazing festival. http://www.cncppd.org/participate/volunteer Without you, none of this would be possible Any questions, please email info@cncppd.org or call 1-919-283-3733 |
